7-ELEVEn has has become synonymous with the car community, and In 2021, we started re-sharing UGC of cars at our stores yielding tens of thousands of new followers and an entirely new #CarsOf7ELEVEn community to engage with . Being featured in one of 7-ELEVEn's weekly CARousels quickly became the ultimate honor in the social car community.
In December 2022, we kicked off a contest to let 7-ELEVEn fans vote on the first ever #CarsOf7-ELEVEn Car of the Year. Unbeknownst to them, we had a special prize in store: a fully-produced hype video honoring the winner and their car.
Followers voted between the top 7 performing UGC
We then posted the top 3 voted cars to our IG-feed, tagging their owners, and tracking engagement to determine our winner
We then jumped into a full video production with our winner,Tyler, and his car.
Just a few weeks later, we announced him as our winner in the form of a totally original 7 ELEVEn hype video.
